Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement operations.
Develop and manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation to secure optimal pricing, service terms, and contracts.
Oversee purchase order and sales order management through ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and documentation.
Monitor procurement performance and prepare MIS reports to track purchasing activities, cost trends, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and contract management, with ERP system exposure.
