Industrial Catering & Facility Management
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall catering and facility management operations at the project site.
Ensure catering, accommodation, housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and other facility services are delivered in accordance with client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while overseeing daily operational performance and service quality.
Lead the site team to achieve operational excellence, HSE compliance, food safety, quality standards, and project KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in industrial catering, camp operations, or facility management.
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Camp Manager, Operations Manager, Catering Manager, or similar leadership role in Oil & Gas, LNG, Mining, or EPC projects.
Strong leadership, client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and willing to work on a roster basis in Papua.
