Responsibilities
Handle maintenance, repair, and daily production operations
Perform troubleshooting on electrical & automation systems (motor control, inverter, etc.)
Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance activities
Evaluate machines and supporting equipment to ensure optimal efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from prototype to mass production
Ensure strict safety standards in battery production processes
Configure and maintain electrical panels & distribution systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years experience in battery pack line (automotive industry)
Strong knowledge of battery processes (assembly, testing, packing)
Experience in PLC, industrial automation & drive control systems
Hands-on in troubleshooting and field debugging
Strong understanding of safety procedures in battery production
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
Able to plan and evaluate maintenance systems effectively
