Responsibilities
Diagnose machinery issues through on-site inspections and advanced fault detection
Validate, refine, and enhance diagnostic reports and AI-driven algorithms to ensure reliability and accuracy
Prepare and deliver clear, data-backed health reports with maintenance recommendations and guidance
Support clients with condition monitoring setups, calibrations, system checks, and development of custom use cases for critical equipment
Requirements
Vibration Analyst Certification – Category II or higher
Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, fans, gearboxes)
Experience with online condition monitoring systems, wireless sensors, or AI-based analytics tools
Exposure to RCFA, FMEA, and continuous improvement frameworks
