Responsibilities
Manage MT channel operations & B2B purchase orders
Oversee full order fulfillment & claims handling
Coordinate with logistics & 3PL partners
Monitor inventory & stock levels
Prepare weekly sales and operational reports
Provide pre & post-sales operational support
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (Business or related field)
3–4 years experience in Operations / Sales Admin (FMCG or cosmetic preferred)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) *Mandatory
Experience in inventory & basic logistics process
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
English proficiency required
Strong communication skills
