Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government bodies, regulators, law enforcement, environmental agencies, and vendors.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Support labor relations, negotiations, and HR governance processes.
Requirements
Min. 10–15 years of total professional experience in Human Resources.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial-level HR role.
Strong HR Generalist background with hands-on operational experience.
Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor law, and IR/ER practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
