Responsibilities
Lead the commissioning, qualification, and ramp-up of the Li-ion pilot line.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, OEE, and efficiency.
Train and mentor production teams while troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
Develop SOPs and process controls, collaborating with Equipment, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
20+ years of experience in high-volume Li-ion battery manufacturing.
Strong expertise in end-to-end Li-ion manufacturing processes and production line ramp-up.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving,
coaching, and English communication skills
