Responsibilities
Lead Finance operations including FP&A, controlling, taxation, accounting, and reporting.
Business partner with management to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, audit processes, and internal controls.
Drive process improvement, team capability development, and accuracy in forecasting and budgeting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (CPA/CA/CMA) preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Finance, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on SAP experience.
Proven background in budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow management
