Responsibilities
Lead plant operations across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS with strong OTIF performance.
Oversee fragrance manufacturing (alcohol handling, maceration, filling) and partner with R&D/Regulatory.
Ensure BPOM, Halal, ISO, GMP compliance and maintain audit-ready QA systems.
Lead teams, manage P&L/CapEx, and drive capacity expansion and improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Engineering; 15+ years manufacturing experience, 5+ years in senior leadership.
Strong background in fragrance/personal care manufacturing and alcohol-based filling.
Proven leadership in medium–large plants with strong financial acumen.
Willing to be based in Salatiga; open to candidates from similar industry or
Central Java manufacturing industries.
