Responsibilities
Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategies to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets for Large & Small Home Appliances.
Manage national Modern Trade key accounts and drive distribution expansion by opening new stores and channels.
Lead sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support business growth.
Provide strategic direction on promotions, pricing, and channel development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, or Home Appliances, with strong Modern Trade exposure.
Proven leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
