Responsibilities
Source and reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screen CVs and identify candidates who match clients' requirements.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in recruitment/headhunting.
Stable career history with no significant employment gaps.
Strong experience in sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies (recruitment agency experience preferred).
