Responsibilities
Drive new business development and execute sales strategies for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, and L&D stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including negotiation, forecasting, and account growth.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to expand key accounts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Enterprise/Mid-Market SaaS or HR tech sales.
Strong network and relationships with HR and L&D leaders in Indonesia.
Proven success in consultative selling, negotiation, and account management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Bachelor’s degree required.
